Curt Mondell

My name is Curt Mondell and I grew up in West Palm Beach Florida. Although though I went to Florida Atlantic University, I am a huge fan of the Gators.  I have been involved in the health and fitness world most of my life. Either recreational or professionally. I started training with weights and running at age 9, with not much of a clue of what I was doing during those early years. The only thing I knew is that I loved it… and loved the way it made me look and feel!                         

After collage it took a while for me to end up in the health and fitness business. At first I worked for the family business as a civil contractor. I never liked it but appreciated the opportunity, and the money was good at the time. When the economy took a down turn I realized that not only was I doing something I didn’t like but the money wasn’t great anymore either.

I entrenched myself in the health field in my late 30's when I opened a gym in West Palm with my wife (at the time). It thrived for many years with personal trainers, state of art equipment, a nutrition café and studios for yoga and aerobics. The most valuable thing I learned being a gym owner as well as a trainer, nutritionist and fitness fanatic is that you can’t put a price on health!

Being in the gym business you see a lot of body builders take anything and everything to get them selves bigger, without any medical guidance. I realized the potential danger in taking substances that were not controlled and regulated. When a friend introduced me to HRT he told me about the Doctor backed program which peaked my curiosity. When I found out how it is based on blood work and not guess work or just a friend suggesting I take it I learned all I could about it. I knew this is the real deal!
