Since a young age I’ve been fascinated with health, wellness and nutrition. I’ve been in competitive body building since my teens, including Mr. University of Florida at the age of 17. While there I majored in Business and minored in Nutrition. From birth my Mother impressed upon me the benefits of eating for nutrition and life and not a full belly. Kefir, oatmeal, tofu and green leafy vegetables were just some of my dietary staples growing up.

With years of study in nutrition came designing nutritional plans for CEO’s and celebrities to your everyday Joe. I love to take each person by the hand and create a custom designed diet to fit their individual lifestyle.

I have been a member of the American Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), a medical society dedicated to the prevention and treatment of age related diseases and optimization of the human life span and quality of life. A4M educates its over 20,000 member physicians, health practitioners, scientists, governmental officials, and members of the general public, representing over 100 nations, on issues concerning the prevention and reversal of cellular degeneration associated with aging as well as the preservation and extension of one’s life.

In addition, I’ve also attended educational conferences such as American College for Advancement in Medicine (ACAM) as well as others throughout the country.
